Nickitah Strickland is a dedicated professional with a passion for mental health advocacy, billing solutions, and business development. She recently graduated with her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University, marking a significant milestone in her journey toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Her academic journey began with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services Counseling from the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Coppin State University. These foundational experiences shaped her expertise in behavioral health services, client advocacy, and administrative efficiency, leading her to establish NCREASE, LLC.

Her path to founding NCREASE, LLC began with a chance encounter—a simple conversation that sparked an opportunity to support behavioral health programs. As she advanced in her career and education, she recognized the growing need for specialized billing and authorization services in the mental health field.
